Chart Integrity Note — Parasocial Streaming Surge 50 — Edition 2 (30 July 2026)

Published by Parasocial, which produces the Parasocial Streaming 100 and the Parasocial Streaming Surge 50.
Summary
Two creators were wrongly ruled ineligible for the Surge 50 in this edition and have been restored. The Parasocial Streaming 100 for the same week is unchanged — every position and score is identical to what was originally published.
What went wrong
The Surge 50 permanently retires a creator who has already arrived: reaching the top 25 of the Streaming 100, or the top 10 of the Surge 50 twice, ends their eligibility for the growth chart.
That check was reading the entire published record rather than only the editions that existed at the time. An edition published on 13 July was therefore being assessed against placements from editions published after it. Two creators were retired by achievements they had not yet earned as of the week being ranked.
A rule about arriving cannot be applied before the arrival. The check is now bounded to the editions that preceded the one being generated.
What changed
Parasocial Streaming 100 — no change. 100 of 100 positions identical.
Parasocial Streaming Surge 50:
- YoDa is restored at #2 and Gaules at #38.
- Loserfruit (#49) and Roier (#50) leave the board, displaced from the bottom as the two restored creators take their places.
- 47 of the remaining positions shift by one or two places as a consequence. No creator’s underlying growth figure changed; only their rank among a corrected field.
The corrected board is led by #1 Karchez, #2 YoDa, #3 39daph.
Standing commitments
- Auditability. Every position and score is retained exactly as published, including every superseded version of a corrected edition and the date each version was published. What a chart said on a given day remains answerable from the record.
- Corrections are versioned, never silent. If a published edition is corrected, the prior version is retained and the correction is recorded with a public note — like this one.
- We publish our own errors. A measurement or rules fault that changed a published chart is disclosed on the same terms as an eligibility decision.

Amendment — 30 July 2026
What this note describes and what readers actually saw are not the same change, and the numbers below correct that.
The account above is accurate about the chart ledger: two creators were restored and two displaced between two internal versions of this edition. But a reader never saw the version those numbers are measured against. This edition passed through three versions, and the middle one was live for nine minutes between two republishes of the page. Nobody loaded it.
Measured against what was actually published — the version readers saw on 20 July against the version they see now:

Parasocial Streaming Surge 50:
- Gaules enters at #38.
- Loserfruit leaves the board from #50, displaced from the bottom.
- 12 positions move; 37 of 50 are unchanged.
YoDa never disappeared from a published chart. The removal that the note above describes, and the restoration that corrected it, both happened inside that nine-minute window. YoDa held #2 on the version readers saw before the correction and holds #2 now. Describing them as restored implied a visible absence that never occurred.
The corrected board is led by #1 Karchez, #2 YoDa, #3 39daph — that is unchanged and remains accurate.
Why the difference. Chart pages are republished on a schedule and on demand, not on every change to the underlying record. A correction that is applied and superseded between two republishes never reaches a reader. We had described this edition in terms of what the record did rather than what was published, and the commitment we make is about what was published.
This amendment corrects the note above. The original text is left intact rather than edited, because a note whose subject is correcting the record should not correct itself by rewriting it.
